hyperchimp.com is run by Hyper Chimp Solutions LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as HyperChimp (“HyperChimp,” “we,” “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

Paid work runs on a signed agreement

Nothing on this site is a contract to provide services. Every engagement starts with a written agreement that lists the scope, price, support hours, covered systems, third-party costs, and responsibilities. When that agreement and these terms disagree, the signed agreement controls.

Prices on the pricing page are our current published rates in US dollars before applicable taxes. They describe what we typically charge. They are not an offer that binds us until both sides sign, and we may change them for future work. A signed agreement keeps the price it was signed at.

The chat and AI-written replies

An AI assistant may write the first reply to a chat message or an inquiry. Those replies are general information to help start a conversation. They are not a quote, a promise of availability, or professional, legal, financial, or security advice for your situation. A person at HyperChimp follows up on every inquiry, and only a written agreement or a message from a named person on our team commits us to anything.

Please don’t send passwords, payment card numbers, health records, or other sensitive information through the chat or the contact form. If a project needs that kind of access, we’ll arrange a secure way to handle it.

The free website checkup

The checkup sends the address you enter to Google PageSpeed Insights and shows the results. Only check sites you own or have permission to review. The results are automated, can vary between runs, and are a starting point, not a complete audit. We may limit how often the checkup can be used or turn it off.

Using the site fairly

Please don’t:

  • try to break into, overload, or disrupt the site or the services behind it;
  • send spam, automated inquiries, or content that is unlawful or abusive;
  • use the chat or the checkup to run bulk scans, collect data at scale, or probe other people’s websites;
  • pretend to be someone else when you contact us.

We may block access or ignore messages that do these things.

Our content

The text, articles, illustrations, logos, and design of this site belong to HyperChimp or the people who licensed them to us. You’re welcome to read, share links to, and quote short passages with credit. Please don’t copy whole pages or use our name and logos in a way that suggests we endorse you. Product names such as Visible Office, Keen, BookMeAgent, and eScryber are ours; other names and logos belong to their owners and appear with permission or for identification.

Articles and guides are general information written to be useful. They are not advice for your specific organization. Talk to us, or to your own adviser, before relying on them for a decision.

Links to other sites

We link to other sites when they’re useful. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Privacy

What we collect through this site, and why, is described in our privacy notice.

No warranty

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the site, the chat, or the checkup, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we don’t promise the site will be free of errors or interruptions.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, HyperChimp is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of this site. Because the site, the chat, and the checkup are free, our total liability for any claim about them is limited to one hundred US dollars. This section does not limit anything in a signed agreement, which has its own terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes about them will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top moves when we do, and the version posted here is the one that applies. If a change is significant, we’ll say so here.
