Free website checkup

How is your website doing?

Enter your address. In about a minute you’ll see how your site scores for speed, accessibility, and search basics, plus the first things we’d fix. No email needed.

What the checkup looks at

Four things visitors notice, even if they can’t name them.

Most people leave a slow or confusing site without saying why. These scores show where that might be happening on your site.

Speed on a phone

How long a visitor on a typical phone connection waits before your page shows up and responds.

Accessibility

Whether people using screen readers, keyboards, or larger text can read and use the page.

Best practices

Secure connections, current code, and the small technical details browsers expect.

Search basics

Page titles, descriptions, readable links, and other things search engines need to understand the page.

What it doesn’t tell you

A good starting point, not the whole picture.

The checkup tests one page, usually your homepage, on a simulated phone. It can’t tell whether your site explains what you do clearly, whether the contact form reaches anyone, or how you compare with other organizations nearby.

If you’re planning a new site or wondering whether to fix the one you have, we can look at those things with you. Read about custom software and websites or see our pricing.

A few practical questions

Before we talk.

Is it really free?

Yes. There’s no sign-up and we don’t ask for your email. If you want help with the results, you can contact us, but you don’t have to.

Where do the scores come from?

We run your address through Google PageSpeed Insights, which uses Google’s Lighthouse test on a simulated phone. We translate the top issues into plain language.

Why did my score change when I ran it again?

Speed scores move a few points between runs because network and server timing vary. Look at the range and the fixes rather than a single number.

Does a good score mean I’ll rank well on Google?

Not by itself. These are technical basics. Rankings also depend on what your pages say, who links to you, and how well you answer the questions people search for.

What do you do with the address I enter?

We send it to Google to run the test and keep the result in memory for ten minutes, then it’s gone. We don’t tie it to you. The privacy page has the details.

Want a second opinion on your site?

Send us the results or just your address. We’ll tell you what’s worth fixing and what can wait.
