Keep people in the decisions.
Give the people using a system room to try it, question it, and decide what happens in their name.
HyperChimp builds software and helps organizations put technology to work. The measure is practical: does it help the people who have to use it?
Built in Memphis.
Made for the work.
J.W. founded HyperChimp. He has spent years in software, education, and community organizations — usually as the person the technology problem lands on, where a decision has to make sense for the people carrying the work.
That experience shapes what we build and how we support it. We start by listening to the people who know the process, make the choices understandable, and agree on who will look after what comes next.
Start a conversation ↗A tool earns its place when it helps someone think clearly, care for a customer, or carry a mission forward. That’s the standard we want our work to meet.
You should understand what you’re buying and have a say in how it works.
Give the people using a system room to try it, question it, and decide what happens in their name.
Talk about costs, limitations, and maintenance alongside what a tool can do. Recommend the work that fits the organization’s needs.
Define access, ownership, documentation, and ongoing support in the agreement. Those details matter after the launch as much as before it.
Our product family includes HelloChimp, HyperChimp Studio, eScryber, Keen, and BookMeAgent. Alongside those products, we offer custom development, managed IT, and practical AI support through Forward.
