Working with HyperChimp

Let’s find the right kind of help.

You may know what’s getting in the way without knowing what service to ask for. Here’s how we would approach a few common starting points.

Managed IT

Technology problems keep landing on your desk.

Accounts, devices, and everyday interruptions need someone responsible for them.

See IT coverage and support questions
Where we would start
Review the systems your team relies on, recurring problems, and who handles support today.
A first piece of work could be
An agreed list of systems we’ll support, a short list of fixes to tackle first, and a clear way for staff to request help.
How the engagement works
Ongoing support with defined coverage. Initial cleanup, equipment, and work outside that coverage are scoped separately.
Managed AI / Forward

You’re being asked to use AI. You need a sensible place to start.

Your team needs help choosing useful tools, setting AI policies, and keeping the skills to judge the results.

See how Forward works
Where we would start
Choose one recurring task with the people doing it. Look at the information involved and what a mistake would mean.
A first piece of work could be
A small pilot, a practical AI policy, or a capability debt review: where the team depends on AI and what people need to keep learning and checking.
How the engagement works
A scoped setup with ongoing support, policy updates, and capability debt management through staff practice and regular reviews. Subscriptions and custom builds are scoped separately; your IT provider can stay involved.
Keen Communities

You want practical tools and better workflows without a managed engagement.

Your organization can make the changes. You need useful starting points, shared learning, and access to software that helps you put the work into practice.

Explore Keen Communities
Where we would start
Choose one recurring workflow, preview a reviewed approach, and use a guide, clinic, or private checkup to make a thoughtful improvement.
A first piece of work could be
A workflow your team can try, evidence to judge whether it helped, and a next step you can carry forward yourselves.
How the engagement works
$49 per organization each month, including the Community Core Library, workshops, clinics, and self-service improvement. Occasional implementation can be scoped separately.
Websites & custom development

Your tools leave a gap that people keep working around.

You need a website, a portal, or a connection between systems that fits how the work actually happens.

See project types and handoff details
Where we would start
Walk through the current process and check whether an existing product or integration can handle it.
A first piece of work could be
A defined first release and a working preview you can review before launch, with testing and handoff included in the scope.
How the engagement works
A project with agreed review points. Hosting, maintenance, and later additions are made explicit rather than assumed.
Before you commit

A proposal you can make a decision on.

We’ll put the work, price, and responsibilities in writing. Setup and ongoing support should be easy to tell apart, and you should know what would cost extra.

  • What we’ll deliver, what’s outside the scope, and when you’ll review it.
  • What we need from your team, including access, content, and approvals.
  • Software subscriptions, hosting, and other third-party costs.
  • Who owns the data and custom work, what’s licensed, and how handoff works.
  • Support coverage, response commitments, and how to request a change.
The first conversation

Show us one thing that’s harder than it should be.

A recurring problem, a task with too many steps, or a website you’ve outgrown is enough to start. Tell us who does the work and what a better day would look like.

We’ll ask about the tools you use, the people who support them, and any budget or deadline we need to work within. Then we can recommend a next step and explain what we still need to learn before quoting.

A few practical questions

Before we talk.

What if we need more than one service?

We can scope them together. For example, an AI project may need your IT provider to approve access, or a custom application may need ongoing support. The proposal will name the responsibilities and costs for each part.

Should we buy a product or commission custom software?

We’ll look at existing tools first, including ones you already pay for. A custom build makes sense when the remaining gap is worth the cost and upkeep. Our Products page gives you a place to explore the tools we make.

Where can we see prices?

Our Pricing page lists website project ranges, care options, Keen Communities membership, and monthly rates for managed IT, managed AI, and Forward. Custom applications still need a scoped proposal, and every ongoing plan is confirmed after we review your systems.

You don’t need to choose a package first.

Bring the problem. We can work out the scope together.
