Managed IT, managed AI & custom work

Pick the allowance, not a surprise.

Ongoing support is sold as monthly hours, and the hourly rate drops as the commitment grows. We’ll review your systems before service starts so the agreement distinguishes included support, software costs, and work quoted separately.

Managed IT

Help keeping your team's everyday technology in order. Choose a monthly hour allowance; the hourly rate drops as the commitment grows.

IT Essentials — 2 hours a month

$300 / month

$150 per hour. No setup fee — a remote baseline review is included in your first month.

  • A personal contact for account administration, update checks, and remote troubleshooting, plus a quarterly check-in on what is coming next.
  • Built to be outgrown: stay three months and the IT Core or IT Team setup fee is waived when you upgrade, because we already know your environment.

IT Core — 5 hours a month

$750 / month

$150 per hour. Setup starts at $750 after an environment review.

  • Account administration, update checks, remote troubleshooting, and a monthly maintenance review.
  • Covered people, computers, and systems are listed in your agreement, with one Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace organization.

IT Team — 10 hours a month

$1,350 / month

$135 per hour. Setup starts at $750 after an environment review.

  • Everything in IT Core, with room for more people and recurring administration.
  • Enough allowance for routine support plus small planned work like new-hire setup or software changes.

IT Office — 20 hours a month

$2,400 / month

$120 per hour. Setup quoted after an environment review.

  • Everything in IT Team, with capacity for a busier office or planned monthly improvements.
  • A standing monthly review that sets priorities for the hours before they are spent.

These plans fit organizations of roughly 3 to 25 people without heavy compliance requirements. If you need a full security stack, 24/7 monitoring, or guaranteed response times, we’ll say so and help you scope a full-service provider instead of stretching a tier. All service time counts toward the allowance, including reviews and administration. Software, security and backup subscriptions, servers, network equipment, onsite visits, migrations, and emergency response are quoted separately. Support windows are agreed before service starts.

Managed AI

Most teams start with the one-time AI Game Plan, then keep a monthly guidance session once the groundwork is in place.

AI Game Plan

$2,500 one time

A policy and team practice engagement for one team of up to 15 people, up to three existing AI tools, and one agreed business workflow. Your first month of AI guidance is included.

  • A discovery session, a practical acceptable-use policy, and one revision round.
  • A 90-minute staff workshop, a capability debt baseline, and a 30-day follow-up. Includes up to 14 total delivery hours. Implementation and legal review are separate.

AI guidance

$750 / month

Four hours per month for one team of up to 15 people. No separate setup fee; the first month is included with the AI Game Plan.

  • A monthly working session, help choosing tools, and questions about their use.
  • Review of an existing AI policy and a quarterly capability debt check with a staff practice plan. Preparation and follow-up count toward the four hours.

AI licenses, model usage, hosting, new workflow builds, and major integrations are separate. When your team wants ongoing help, these engagements lead into HyperChimp Forward below.

Discuss Managed AI

Keen Communities

A practical membership for organizations that want useful tools, shared learning, and help improving their own workflows.

Community membership

$49 / organization / month

One membership for up to three organization representatives, with monthly cancellation and the same benefits whether the place is paid directly or sponsored.

  • The Community Workflow Library, guides, workshops, community clinics, and moderated discussion around shared problems.
  • Community Learning suggestions drawn from patterns organizations chose to share after identifying details were removed, plus one focused private workflow checkup per month during the pilot. No automatic changes.
  • Community Core Library access, including eScryber Mission for 10 senders and 150 envelopes each month.

Community is self-service. General IT support, private document review, software administration, custom development, integrations, and production monitoring are separate. A one-time implementation project can be scoped without joining Forward. Contributing information to Community Learning requires separate consent; private checkups remain available without contribution.

Discuss Keen Communities

HyperChimp Forward

Your managed AI department under one subscription: Community participation, policy and governance, a development queue for custom applications and automations, the Managed Core Library, and staff support. Choose a monthly hour allowance; the rate drops as the commitment grows.

Forward 12 — 12 hours a month

$1,800 / month

$150 per hour. Onboarding starts at $1,500 after a technical review.

  • Your organizational AI policy kept current, quarterly governance checkups, and workflow evaluation with a roadmap.
  • A development queue with one active build at a time: applications, automations, integrations, and staff guidance for what we deploy.
  • Community membership, Managed Core Library access, and a quarterly savings and impact review.

Forward 20 — 20 hours a month

$2,700 / month

$135 per hour. Founding nonprofit rate: $2,500 per month ($125 per hour), limited to the first three nonprofit organizations. Onboarding starts at $1,500.

  • Everything in Forward 12, with capacity to keep governance current while a build is underway.
  • Room for ongoing workflow care: scheduled checks, small fixes, and staff practice between quarterly reviews.

Forward 40 — 40 hours a month

$4,800 / month

$120 per hour. Onboarding scoped after a technical review.

  • Everything in Forward 20, with sustained development capacity for larger internal applications delivered in usable stages.
  • IT help can draw from the same allowance, so one subscription covers governance, development, and support.

Forward is a proposed pilot pending delivery and coverage validation; it is not available to purchase yet. Community participation is included without a second membership charge, while private setup, implementation, and review use Forward hours. Your organization owns its data and organization-specific customizations; HyperChimp retains its reusable frameworks and general components. Private workflows, branding, and proprietary code never enter the Community Workflow Library without written permission. Managed hosting starts at $100 per application per month. AI licenses and model usage are separate. All strategy, development, support, and review time counts toward the monthly allowance; scheduled care does not include continuous monitoring or emergency response.

Custom development

Agree on a useful piece of work and a fixed price before building it.

Project discovery

$750 one time

Up to four hours covering one problem, a working session, technical review, and a written scope with a build estimate.

  • A standalone deliverable you can use to decide whether to proceed. It isn’t an advance payment on a build.

Small integration or automation

$1,500–$4,500

One workflow between up to two systems with supported APIs, including testing and handoff. Final scope is agreed before work begins.

  • Suitable for a bounded data transfer or approval task. Complex data cleanup, payment systems, and regulated workflows need a separate estimate.

Custom application

$5,000–$12,000+

Our existing range for a focused first release. Larger applications are quoted in milestones.

  • The proposal defines features, acceptance checks, documentation, and ownership. Hosting, subscriptions, and ongoing maintenance are itemized separately.

Additional work is agreed in writing before it starts. Approved extra work is $175 per hour or a separate fixed quote. Fixed-price projects include the agreed acceptance checks and a 30-day defect correction period; new features are separate.

All prices are USD before applicable taxes. Monthly service hours do not roll over. We flag the remaining allowance before it is used up; extra work requires approval at $175 per hour or a fixed quote. Managed-service agreements begin with an initial three months, then continue monthly with 30 days’ notice. Keen Communities is month to month.
