You have real work to improve and someone who can carry a useful change into practice. You need good starting points, access to tools, and people to learn with—not a standing consulting engagement.
Learn from the community without giving up privacy
Community Learning draws on patterns organizations chose to share after identifying details were removed. Your private checkup stays private unless you separately decide to contribute a pattern.
Get help without handing over the work
Use guides, workshops, and community clinics as you apply changes. During the pilot, each organization can request one bounded private workflow checkup per month, with no automatic changes.
Use the Community Core Library
Your membership includes eScryber Mission for 10 senders and 150 envelopes each month. Limited editions of other HyperChimp products will be added as they become available.

Community membership is $49 per organization each month. You can buy a larger product plan or a separately scoped implementation project without joining Forward. If you later need ongoing implementation and stewardship, Forward includes Community participation without a second membership charge.

A few practical questions
Before we talk.
Does Community include private consulting?
No. The membership includes self-service tools, shared learning, clinics, and a focused private workflow checkup during the pilot. Private implementation and ongoing management are separate.
Do we have to share our workflow data?
No. Contributing to Community Learning requires separate consent. You can use private checkups without contributing your information.
What if we need help implementing one workflow?
We can scope a one-time project. You don’t need a recurring Forward engagement for occasional implementation work.
What happens to completed eScryber documents if we leave?
Your included eScryber access changes at the end of the paid period, but completed documents remain available. A larger plan you purchased separately stays separate from Community.
